Note: If you require a dedicated IP or wish to indulge in e-commerce (selling online), then I recommend that you secure your own server. I will assist you in that arena. I recommend a company called Bluehost.com. They host all of my sites.

How do I reduce my cost?

The more that you have created and corrected before you deliver it to me, the less time it's going to take to deliver a finished project.

Methods of decreasing production time:

• Corrected and completed text
  • This includes elements such as cutlines, footnotes, etc.
  • I can edit text for spelling and grammar, but it takes time.
• Digitized images
  • Digital camera images
  • Scanned prints
• Excess files removed from project
  • If you're not going to use a photo, don't give it to me.
• Proper file names/folders
  • Organize your data using file names and folders, indicating where you want it to go.
  • Example: instead of the default image name your camera gives the image, rename it to indicate what it is, what page it goes on, or the sequence it belongs in.
• Organization
  • If you know what you want, that's half the battle. Don't be afraid to tell me what you want. If you have examples of it, please show them to me.
• Limit the fancy tricks
  • Flash is a wonderful tool for Web presentations, but don't overdo it.
